what an idiot. today we have a 50 year supply of PROVEN reserves with barely scratching the surface of the earth. 75 % of the global has not even been searched yet for near surface oil and god knows how much oil is deeper in the ground that we havent touched. there is probably several hundred years of oil left on earth. liberals are retards.

@ShadyBeagle I believe the term "Peak Oil" doesn't just refer to the amount of oil in the ground, it mainly refers to oil production. Oil is of no use to anyone until it's removed from the ground, refined, and made suitable for some use.

he seems to find ways of taking simple subjects and expanding them into long speeches. "oil supply is dwindling, demand is increasing, prices will not go down" there, i just said the same thing in about an eighth of the time.

@Haaggus Actually "Peak Oil" has already passes from when we first used it. It is not replenishing so therefore it has always been decreasing so there is no such thing as approaching "Peak Oil"
