O.K Good enough and thanks again.

How do you adjust end points with DX6i ?
I have all points touching at bottom and top stick, but the swash tool isnt touching all the way up.

@Gourvelos You're welcome. I'm just taking advantage of the slot "length" which is designed for other servo's. This may change in later versions. Only disadvantage with this trick is possibility servo "slipping down". So check after any crash. I actually use 2mm lock nuts instead of the plastic nuts for higher reliability. Keep up the video work, I know how much work it takes to produce.

Helle again Gourvelas.I have noticed that the socket collar nut and bolt the one to secure main shaft [the one on the top and under main blade pitch ass'y on this video ]is not tight all the way or it suppose to be like that? just curious though [ I'm so new for this]
Now I gonna work on my Titan 450 look like one way bearing went west on me.Talk to you later, take care.

@aaronrcpilot It is now, what I usually do is create a flat spot with a file on the main shaft, not by much but enough for the grub screws to sit flat, then I loctite them into place. Sometimes the video's I make arent complete in other areas and that is because I am not focusing on the other points at the time. But one thing I can assure you is that the collar must be very secure and very in place, if you have any play there what will happen in hover is unstable up and down reaction.

Hello,Gourvelos.Thank you very much for your vid.and I was using them as my guiddance for align 500 esp and you have shown everythings nice and clear because I am a brand new heli newbie .I have started with Titan 450 RTF few weeks ago and crshed a few times [ minor] and learned from there . Bought 500esp week ago start building along with your vid.and Just finished and got a maiden flight this early morning and it was perfect and need no trim at all[for now] and that's a fliuke or what.Thanks.

@aaronrcpilot well when you build it and adjust it mechanically it's rare that you need to trim it, if I find I have to adjust more than one click on my heli's I will check my adjustments to see what went wrong, sometimes I find I may have removed a link and somehow when I placed it back on I turned it and threw the head out. But none the less well done, Im glad my videos assisted your build as a guide, hope you get to post a video of your flights.

Unfortunately that is one of the draw backs of the Dx6, what you need to do is skip the step for adjustment at mid stick, take it to low stick and use the leveler there, then take it to high stick and adjust the end points there and hopefully at mid stick it will be close to correct. you may have to give and take a little to find that sweet spot. It is critical if you want it to be... I have several heli's here that I fly that are so far out because I did it by eye and yet they fly well

I want to share my trick. Don't touch the linkage for the elevator servo. (assuming all linkages were initially identical). Loosen the servo/frame mounts for the vertical servos, and just slide the servo's up and down to optimum(swash tool flat at 0 pitch). I used to tweak the subtrim or the linkage, but you do that it has an affect on the geometry. This is not absolutely necessary, but I'm very particular. Stay Safe Keep Simmin.

@trexinvert although I didnt mention it here in the video I get very particular about the geometry and all linkages must be the same lengths and after measuring I actually had the linkage longer on the elevator, normally it works out perfectly when you 90 degree those arms, but with this one I was like huh did I miss something.... Your trick for levelling the swash is superb and why I never read about it before or thought about it I dont know, makes perfect logical sense, thank you so much!
