The song has absolutely nothing to do with Klienfelter's. The 'person you care for' is extremely insecure if they immediately assume that this song is making deliberate reference to their illness in the first place, let alone one that is attempting to send a negative or offensive message in regards to it. A song can mean many things and just because you choose to view it as offensive does not mean that that is the case. Pls go.
