i do everything right but after it uploads the stages, it says identifing and waiting for reboot, my ipod reboots and no cydia... help? (i have alot of jailbreaking experience and this is the first time it ever happened)

What would I have to do if I have a jailbroken 3gs with 4.1, and want to upgrade to 5.0.1? Just update through itunes and then jailbreak it using this video, or?
