@13thmoon32 The only reason women can't become freemasons is because back when UGLE was formed back in the 1700's they put it down as a landmark and those are considered immovable. There's a group called the Order of Women Freemasons which while officially UGLE can't call it regular (our term for recognised) there's a tacit acceptance that they're doing real freemasonry and cooperation between the two groups at grand lodge level.
