This is a DW 5000 (5002) pedal that I'm listing on ebay Sunday, 10/18/09. It is in great shape, and if you can track down a slave pedal - you would have a great double pedal set up!

  • ive got two 90's 5000 single chain pedals,im struggling to find out what they are worth compared to modern double chains.any ideas?

  • You should be able to get $40 to $60 each for them on eBay if you clean them up well with good pictures. I noticed I get top dollar if I do a video of what I sell. People like to see it on video. Good luck.

  • I thought all pedals by DW except the 4000 are double chained?

  • This is an older one, around 1997 probably. All the 5000, 7000 & 9000 are double chains now.

  • @ivecadit

hey, im planning to get a DW 4000P one, is that good? i mean, is it comfortable?

  • Can't say, never tried the 4000s.

  • These are beginners pedals so for anyone looking for something really good I suggest saving your money or 9000s or axis longboards ...

  • your breathing is very heavy, what did you do before this video?

  • how would these compare to the DW 2000s?

  • @howycwap

    thanks!

  • @tttmmmnnnttt

yeah you can either ask to try the pedals out or just grab a practice pad and hook the pedals up to them and just go to town in the corner or something

  • @howycwap

lol, i cant try them both out :P it will be too expencive, is it possible if i try it out in a store?

  • @tttmmmnnnttt

not the demon drives right? cause i didnt mean those, i meant the eliminators with the interchangeable cams that you can get for like 250, those are good like intermediate pedals. i still recommend trying both out

  • @howycwap

i mean the standard beginner eliminators, are they good? cause i dont like those 600 dollar pedals, they are too fancy for me ;P(except the DW 9000's, they are awesome)

  • @tttmmmnnnttt

i dont have experience with the 5000's but i do with the eliminators. and the eliminators definetly feel smoother and lighter, i like them better but they are a bit more expensive, i recommend trying the eliminators with the 5000's side by side.

  • @howycwap

are they better than pearl eliminators? or should i get the 5000 one?
