  • sorry to burst the bubble, but majorettes put their talents to a better use. Any majorette could make color guard but not all color guards could make majorette

well you know what i hate to burst your bubble, but im on the colorguard at my highschool & i took baton after i done one year of colorguard & all colorguard could make majorette cause i was in class a of baton after one week for your information!

  • @dontwastewishes8 too bad that just throwing a rifle or saber into the air gets boring reeaaaaaaallllllllllly quick. It is much more intersting seeing people throw a baton into the air, and spin, flip, or cartwheel under it. And batons are not outdated, every major university has both a feature twirler (which is a very prestigious title), and a majorette line. Please get your facts straight before insulting these truly talented individuals.

  • wow! this was amazing! you girls all looked to be in sync together. plus its nice to know that baton is actually known at your school. lol we only have 3 majorettes. it makes me wish i had tryed out.

  • very nice!!!! it looked like it was all togeather!!!!

  • oh.lol.when ppl say it,it sounds like core

  • corp*

  • LHS Is a Marching band. Were not core

  • I go to LHMS and we danced to disturbia not twirled DANCED!! it was sooo fun but the band played the song so it was more athentic

  • The fact is that it's irrelevant the level of talent or skill of either majorettes or guard members. Batons are outdated and hard to see on the field. They should learn saber or riffle work which is still more detailed than flag, but can be seen and enjoyed by the crowd and not just the people sitting 6 feet in front of them.
