try proving 1 + 1 is 2 or 1 doesn't equal 0? Don't ask me. I forgot that as soon as I learned it because when are you going to need to prove 1 does not equal 0 in life? How would that even come up in a conversation? Maybe with a child and then you are done because kids have their own logic system which is baffling to adults.

Getting a job today is hard. Applying for a job is easy. Getting the job is hard. Too many resumes per job, meaning less chance of them choosing you.

One way to get noticed is through social media. You don't have to create a viral video, just something that puts a pink highlight on your resume.

@techtwinz sometimes it is a cover letter. other times it is a commentary of the futility of trying to get a job in a digital age without networking. You can say whatever you want and still not get seen in a digital pile of a 1000 resumes. there is also an element of desperation. how we change our resumes trying to find the right mix to be noticed, generally not having a clue what to say. the use of the head on the pole is because we don't feel whole without some sort of career.
