Santana at The Joint - Hard Rock Hotel - Dennis Chambers Drum Solo

February 4th, 2010 - This was a private concert put on by Santana for the Dell Large Enterprise Team at the Joint venue in the Hard Rock Hotel. I was front and centre to see this nearly 63 year old technician play his collection of PRS guitars masterfully; from one hit song to another and then a little Coltrane just to smooth things out. one of the highlights was this killer drum solo delivered by one of the 3 percussionists Dennis Chambers.

@powerpito1 Dennis is one of my favorite drummers...his set up influeneced mine....i do believe that is a 22' bass drum with no bottom head...i,m not sure if the head is oversized or not.....good luck.

it is a bass drum made for him on a stand by Pearl. no bottom head on it
