Your English is really good, but remember that Hiroko spent something like 4 years in the United States.
Perhaps you should also consider spending time in an English speaking country, if wanting to speak English is something that you're serious about. :-)

I speak english as my native language and you speak well.
I can see you are thinking what you are saying before you say it, but you did not say any english in the wrong way.
gimmieabreakman is a good person to find some japanese people who make videos in english.
thatjapanesegirl and finapon are also japanese women than speak very good english and make very good videos.

Actually, your English is rather good. I'm sure that the more you speak, especially to foreigners, the better you'll get. And of course don't compare yourself to others! Go at your own pace!
