  • hey im 15 and i weigh 135. im a little overweight and i wanted to kno if you have any videos on how to turn it into muscles.

  • @mikey2613 No videos at this time. Fat doesn't turn into muscle. If you want to build muscle and burn fat, I suggest you try my Shake Down Diet or The Fat Burning Diet Made Easy for 30 days.

  • Hi... im 19 years old, about 5'8 and weight 150lbs, and i want to bulk up. How do i gain muscle? How much weight should i be picking up on my dumbbells to start off?

  • @sideoutdan Choose a weight that you can barely complete the number of repetitions you are attempting, i.e. 10 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps. Make the weight challenging but not so heavy you lose form.

  • Hi.. thanks for the reply.. i know this is a funny question, but i'm starting my body workout with only 7 pound of dumbell for each arm... i'm using the weight for my biceps, traps and shoulders workout.. is it too light for a man? i'm 31 yr old and weigh 176 pound

  • 7 pounds is pretty light, but it really depends on how fit you are to begin with.

I suggest you take those weights and do as many reps of one exercise as you can until you get to a failing point. If you can do more than about 15-20, it's too light for you. At your age and weight, you would probably do better with 20 or 25 pound dumbbells, doing fewer reps.
