Roland Arnall was my uncle. Not by blood, he married my aunt Dawn. He was the most kind hearted and business savy individual i've ever met. So any hardship that befell you or any other individuals is your own damn fault.

If Roland Arnall was your uncle then I feel sorry for you. He is nothing more than a criminal. He knew what was going on in his company because he condoned it. Your uncle the criminal was helped along by having criminal connections in the US Criminal Government, aka Con-Regress. @alabamaredskin Am I missing something here? Roland Arnall died, March 17, 2008. That's over 30 months ago. I do agree with you, Organized Crime has moved from the Streets into Government Offices and Corporations. Government Accountability and Protection from Threats Abroad and from Within are a mandate from the past.

The problem is trust, since most of us are not financial experts we must rely on the character of the Institution we're dealing with. Unfortunately for many, Arnall was a weasel.

Our economy is based on a fractional reserve system and when you read this in their own words you will finally see just how corrupt and criminal our system actually is. You can't blame the LO's or the company for what the clients did. If they went to Vegas and blew their equity how is that our fault? How is it the fault of a LO or a company if your house isn't appraised for what it was 2 yrs ago? Or your credit didn't improve, or loan guidelines have changed? I'm still a damn good loan officer thanks to the training I had at Ameriquest. I'm funding a mil a month and have repeat business as well as referrals.

I worked for Ameriquest Mortgage in 1997 for about 6 months, before I got sick of all the lying and cheating that was going on. I saw first hand all the tactics that the loan officers and branch/region managers were pulling in order to increase their profit margins:

(1) inflating appraisal values - to increase loan amounts which equals greater profits for the Ameriquest

Ameriquest was filled with greedy criminals that did not care about people were the customers.

I used to work for Ameriquest up until they shut the doors. I would still be working there if they stayed open. The Quest was a great company with excellent training and great pay! LO's there did nothing different then LO's at any other company. If values were being inflated talk to the appraiser!! Nobody was complaining when you could use your house as an atm. People stated their income, went on ARM'S and cashed their checks when the loan funded. The goal was to pay debt most of the time

The consummate fraud was himself defrauded for millions. Your uncle originated subprime fraud in 1979 in the republican conservative fraud capital of the US, Orange County, Ca. based on salesmen who specialized in cocaine, forgery, bribery, lying & suffering. 2003, AG's from 50 states asked Bush to regulate Arnall & Ameriquest. 2004 the FBI reported that predatory Mort. lending was "out of control". In 2003, during the height of the predatory lending crisis, the OCC (at Bush's direction) invoked a clause from the 1863 National Bank Act to issue formal opinions preempting all state predatory lending laws, thereby rendering them inoperative. hello I am touched by what Ameriquest has caused in the US and also in the world I feel that he was one of the founders of the world financial crissis but the Devil retired him my question is what is the situation what are people going to do are they taking his wife to court is there any compensation I live in the Netherlands and knew Arnall and his wife I hope that there will be a solution for all the problems he has caused
