There's a technique in SF 3rd Strike called parrying. If you block at exactly the right moment, you'll take no damage at all from an attack. Daigo had about 1% health left when Justin went in with a Super and Diago parried every single hit of it, returning with a Super of his own for the win. You most likely will not see better than this.

Correction, you have to hit Forward at the right moment, not Block (that'd be like Just Defense from Garou: Mark of the Wolves). As far as Third Strike, this is pretty much as good as it gets as a parrying feat but with memorization of sound cues (from the move's sounds itself or getting hit by it yourself and listening to the rhythm of the impact sounds) you could replicate it if you wish.
