Just sharing how we enjoy the home canned chili and sharing a rub recipe with you. But this cut a little short as I ran out of room on the sd card :(

  • @MoBoudou I started canning with my Mother and Grandmother growing up. So it has always been a way of life for me.

  • what's the recipe for your canned chili beans?

  • we marinate our meat, turkey, pork and chicken in rice wine vinegar, its milder than regular vinegar, and replaces the need for salt, its amazing how it makes the meat taste, you won't miss the salt. just a tidbit for those that are salt restricted.

  • Ok, so now I am making Chili for supper! And some buns....
