I had a Lebanese Christian friend in high school and we were attending his his brother's funeral. They were offering prayers that involve these words in Arabic in the church. I felt strange at first but then I notice that it's their language, and such prayers would be offered whether their Muslim or Christian.

@Jeannette84 Good thing you put Allah knows best after. Cause your not a mujtahid mutliq to derive meanings of hadith. Neither are your teachers.

I just learnt that is not from the sunnah to hold your hands saying duaa (as in the video) while sitting after the salah. And Allah knows best
He said:
Allahumma 'anta-ssalam wa minka-ssalam Tabarakta Rabana Ya Dhal Jalalil Wal-'ikram,
Rabbana Taqabbal Minna Innaka 'Anta-ssami^ul ^alim, Wa Tub ^Alayna innaka'Antat-Tawaubur-Rahim,
Rabana 'Atina fid-Dunya Hassanah, wa fil-'Akhirati Hasanah, wa Qina ^Adhaban-Nar,
Rabana Hab lana min 'azwajina wa dhuriyatina qurrata A^yunin waj^alna lilmuttaqina Imama,
Wa subhana rabika Rabul-^izzati ^amma yasifoon, wa salamun ^alalmursaleen, wal-Hamdulillahi Rabil-^alameen.

Which means:
"o Allah, you are the salam and from you comes the salam, you are exalted and attributed with perfection. O lord accept from us our good deeds, you are the one who hears everything and knows everything, and forgive our sins, you are the one who most accept the repentance.
O our lord grant us in this donya good deeds, and in the hereafter good deeds and save us from hellfire torture.
