http://www.suprememastertv.com Today, I'd like to take it a step further with you and explore with you the potential of a raw vegan diet. So by vegan, I mean a plant-based diet. A diet that doesn't include any animal products whatsoever, so no meats, no animal milks, no dairy foods, yogurt, cheese all those kinds of things, and even not honey. Now what's different about a raw vegan diet is just as it sounds -- we don't cook the food. So nature provides food to us in its perfect, fresh, raw state, the way we were intended to eat it. And it gives us all the nutrition we need in the perfect package with all the water that it's supposed to come with and all the nutrients acting together just the way it was planned. Our body is self-healing. It's a self healing organism; it knows how to regulate, maintain, repair, heal itself, and it will use its energy to heal everything that it can, if it has a chance

@theehealthnuts : As for the cruciferous veggies slowing down the thyroid, I imagine that all you would have to do is eat sea veggies, which are full of iodine and that would counter any ill effect but again, I think it's overblown. As a matter of fact, I think I read that the whole issue regarding cabbage, etc. slowing down the thyroid is only in individuals who have issues in that area. But I don't think you can ever say that raw spinach is "not that good for you." Anything's better than pizza

@lemurianchick luckily I don't have to worry.. but I'm not putting it in my blender daily or weekly.. I like cucumber, kale, frozen blue berry mmmm

@theehealthnuts : Sorry for my snark. I don't see how the thyroid would be affected by oxalic acid, which is found in raw spinach, Swiss chard, rhubard, among other foods. I think you are confusing it with the cruciferous veggies like broccoli, which are said to slow down the thyroid. First of all, have you ever read Norman Walker's books? If I am not mistaken, he said that RAW oxalic acid is fine and that when spinach is cooked is when the oxalic acid causes problems and that makes sense.

@lemurianchick I was looking into this and read eating raw spinach actually blocks the absorption of calcium and iodine in our body therefore, anyone with thyroid or bone problems should avoid eating the food raw

@lorentsmful That depends on the person, but eating sperm presents no ethical dilemma, so I'd guess that most do.
