The Island of Elba is perhaps most well known for being the (first) site of Exile of Napoleon Bonaparte of France.
Following the Treaty of Fontainebleau, emperor Napoleon I was exiled to Elba after his forced abdication in 1814 and arrived at Portoferraio on May 3, 1814 to begin his exile there. He was allowed to keep a personal guard of six hundred men. Although he was nominally sovereign of Elba, the island was watched by British naval patrols.
Napoleon stayed on Elba for 300 days. His mistress on the island, Veronica Portelli, convinced him to return to France in attempt to regain his power. She helped him plan his escape from Elba and he returned to France on February 26 for the Hundred Days Campain. After his defeat at Waterloo he was subsequently exiled again, this time to the barren and isolated South Atlantic island of Saint Helena.
More recently, the island has become famed for its wine. It is today a renowned tourist resort.
The airport on the island, Marina di Campo Airport, is served by Intersky, with flights to Friedrichshafen, Munchen and Zurich.

hello sir, i have the same software as well. but i don't know how to tell the FMS to climb or descend to a certain altitude at a certain waypoint, but i realize (correct me if am wrong) that u have the FMS to fly to BREGO an maintain an altitude of 1816ft, then fly to ZH559 an maintain an altitude of 6000ft then climb to AFOLT 9000ft.
how did u do that?? please, am really looking forward to your reply.

do you also have problems with the flight dynamics of the majestic dash 8 ???? it seems very unrealistic to me .. other than that its the best you can get for dash 8 simulation

@skysurfer0805 The only major unrealistic thing I found about it was you could engage reverse beta airborne. Possibly a little too sensitive in pitch also. Been a while since I flew it though cos I'v since moved on to FSX and never reinstalled FS9
