Small business owners and managers had the unique opportunity to learn to set smart goals and measure their effectiveness throughout the year through the Chamber's first Small Business Workshop of 2011 on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum.
Sponsored by the Las Cruces Sun-News, the Chamber adapted the Small Business Workshop series from a monthly one-hour presentation to a quarterly two-hour, in-depth look at how to better run an important facet of a business.
Chavira, owner of Success...Incorporated, will served as the instructor for the March workshop. The program taught how to refine and update goals midstream as well as define what the parameters for success are for them, use in conjunction with your goals set earlier in the session to measure success effectively.
