Police Brutality MacArthur Bart Station, Ca

I had just paid my fair and entered into the bart station and saw this teen on the ground. The white cop was on top of him using a lot of force and putting cuffs on him. The teen was not cursing or trying to move. He yelled and asked me for help, then this woman ran up to me in a panic. Asked me for my phone to call the cops. I saw a bart police car pull up and thats when the black officer pulled up and jumped out and began searching him. I was scared I might witness someone else being restrained and shot in hand cuffs like Oscar Grant so I pulled my phone out and started recording. Once the white cop saw that and his partner arrived he backed off. I went upstairs and everyone was saying how I had just missed then teen being slammed into a glass and then falling onto the ground and how they were all told to go upstairs unless they wanted it to happen to them.
