You need to simply pass their internal tests, which are to send pictures that fits their minimum requirement along with some legal and perosnal information to be validated and then they let you in.,

I haven't been able to find it on their website, so I'll ask you: what is the minimum age you have to be in order to be a contributing artist?

i believe it has to be legal age of Canada which is 18

@PocketsGotBigMoney No. You can be a contributor without being a buyer. Nowadays, you have to read a training manual, then answer some questions right, then provide a photo ID and some extra information which will be checked. Only afterwards you send 3 samples of your work and the inspectors will have to approve.
