This is the challenge that was posted @ Bar-barians.com for September.

The challenge requires you to use any combination of exercises to complete a set of 100 reps. You are permitted to use as many different exercises as you like, so long as you get through the 100 reps.

All exercises must be completed as quickly as possible, but good form must be maintained throughout.

Al Kavadlo (www.alkavadlo.com) came up with this challenge and he is judging participants based on a fine balance between the difficulty of each exercise, good form, and the time it takes you to complete the 100 reps.

Here is a list of the exercises that I used for this challenge:

10 Iguanas
10 Muscle Ups
10 Bar Dips
10 Pistols (right leg)
10 Pistols (left leg)
10 Hanging Leg Raises
10 Chin-ups (close grip)
10 Dips
10 Pull-ups (wide grip)
10 Diamond Push-ups

  • Aren't diamond push-ups the same as Iguanas?

  • @federeriscol Kind of, but iguanas are done on a single bar, so they're much harder because of the balance factor.
