@Stormaz100 Nobody, including Pearce, is 'painting teachers, et al with the villan brush for being employed by the government' or 'calling government jobs usless or not important to economic conditions'. There are MANY different types of government jobs and yes, some do fit those catagories. Do you think that positions like assistant principal is really necessary? Do you think that position actually helps the teachers educate our children? Dump that position and pay the teachers better.

@EyeLuvUSA It absolutely is a job, and it's an important one. So is being a fire fighter, a teacher, a soldier or any one of hundreds of government jobs regularly reviled by conservatives. I'm not the one calling government jobs useless or not important to economic conditions.

I am, however, calling out the hypocrisy of making Pearce a hero while painting teachers, et al with the villian brush for being employed by government. Pearce is the poster child for this hypocrisy.

Pearce has never held a job except with the government, and he’s been fired from every position he’s ever held.
