reguardless of your opinion about whether or not is "emotionless" or "robotic" just to pick up an electric guitar and start ripping through scales, modes, and arpeggios, i hardly think anyone would argue that is isnt a lot of fun. you dont always have to be musical, rusty cooley spent countless hours developing these chops, excuse him for wanting to show them off.

I can't believe how so many people have nothing better to do than to flaunt their opinion at every technical guitar player as if it's the absolute standard for how guitar playing should be. "Where's the feeling?" There's plenty in his actual music, unless you're deaf. As for this, if you can't tell he's just messing around, you're, once again, deaf. I bet you'd all get bored pretty quickly if every guitar player played like Jimmy Page and Slash. There's more than one way to play the guitar.
