@Lovelyinnocence16 I think she's using the more casual pronunciation, instead of High Deutsche. Instead of Mich, you'll hear Mish, instead of Ich, Ish, ect. You'll here it a lot in Munich and in other southern cities.

@SieglindeMoos Of course every young singer does Mozart, but do all sopranos do "Ach ich liebte?" Of course not. The piece requires a very high, extremely agile voice in order to sing the coloratura passages accurately & without strain. This woman has a lovely full voice; she would sound great as the Countess, Donna Anna, or maybe Fiordiligi. I think one of those characters would showcase the best parts of her voice. Btw, this is just a casual open forum, please don't be so aggressive. :(

For your information, it is required of almost every young singer to sing Mozart. What is a larger voice supposed to do? And, have you ever heard a Mozart recording from the 1700s? So how would you know?
