this is not something which is made from the manga right? it is not something which Tite Kubo has written or imaginary, right?

Yes, it was original to the drama CD, but later it was made into a chapter released just before the diamonddust rebellion movie :)

what chapter is that? I only remember the special chapter '-15' but the story in that chapter is not like this drama CD's?

Oh wait, I'm thinking of the 14 track drama cd. No, there isn't any manga for this, it's just based on all the hints that were given in the manga about hitsugaya's past up till that point.
