Go to Kichijoji station on the Chuuo line
exit the Kooen Guchi (Park Exit)
Go Down the escalator and walk straight toward Marui department store.
when you are in front of Marui, turn to the right until you see the suit company. turned left in front of the suit company. You will be on a street with lots of small shops, keep going until you reach the stairs going to the park, at the bottom of the stairs, turn left. Walk for 1 minute and you will see the benches.
Bring a blanket or something to lay out if you can.

I walked down that way just yesterday to make sure I know where to go. I didn't see a baby so I turn back and went home. Sorry Ken Tanaka I can't go to the gathering :(

@paxfiat no, he is Japanese, he may be white but that is because he was adopted at a very young age ib California and was raised speaking Japanese, He only knows English because he took classes in school
