Yeah, it doesn't really tell the same, does it... And there's a hundred remarks I could make here and I'm not gonna make a one of them.

Well dear, let's HOPE it's not a story about you trying to get it on with an 18 year old horny girl :P hehehe

I know why you are telling me this. It's because we both know what its like, we both know how this feels, we both know what it is like to have these wonderful animals as a part of our lives. Don't know you? I know you. You're just like me :) Thanks for the wonderful comments and sharing your memories with me.

Too many people take things like that for granted and don't really appreciate the time they have with their pets, pookie was a very lucky cat to have someone who loved him and cared about him so much. (sorry i had to split that up into so many comments)
I'm really sorry about Pookie. It always breaks your heart when a beloved pet dies and it sounds like you had a particularly strong bond. Hope you will consider having another cat when the time is right.

We have six cats in the house at the moment and my wife was out trying to catch a seventh this evening. Four of the cats aren't ours though. Thank you for your condolences.

Cliff-I'm sorry you lost your little friend. I'm sure your heart feels as if there is a piece missing. You said he went in peace-and that is all we can hope for. I'm sure he knew you loved him. It showed in your video. Hugs Diane

Thank you Stormemoon, yes, its a loss, but he did go peacefully. And he definitely knew he was loved. Him and I had many "bologna" nights where we would share a couple of slices of his favorite lunch meat. He really looked forward to those!
