@anticolorguy i got mine at a place called the tool warehouse, it is similar to harbor frieght but it has a larger selection of tools.

@Jzzy132 I Use A Steel Block About 2"x8"x14"...But You Can Use A Peice Of Railroad Track An i-beam Even Works Any Thing Heavy Steel Will Work!!!

@anticolorguy the anvil was my great grandfather's but you can find them online. Check ebay.

The kid is too cute! Thanks for the video! I hope you get this comment, i'm hoping to start as a hobbyist blacksmith, and was wondering where to get metal to work with and an anvil, i don't want to pay much more than $100 for an anvil, but i don't want cast iron garbage either..much appreciated.

@Jzzy132 Anvils are not hard to find however they are not cheap. You are definitely going to pay more then $100.

Why didn't you make a rivet to hold it together? The store bought rivets melt or get brittle to easily.
