ISAAC IS AMAZING. I see a Gourmet Raw Chef in the making! Tell him to keep making videos and start a company that sells raw products that he buys from other vendors and before you know it, he will have financed his college! I am not kidding. He has charisma and people will trust his honest face and integrity and buy from him. Contact me if you want to.

is raw better from boiling it?

great job
It doesn't really matter whether you make raw or boiled. Both are good. I like raw better and it is easier to make. When all of a container of something was added, (like the honey) it was because it was premeasured to make producing the video faster and more pleasant to view. Glad you enjoy the video.

With the rice powder that Isaac gets after he makes the milk, I make flax rice crackers in my Excalibur dehydrator. I just mix the rice powder, flax seed and some flavorings (raw tomato, basil, salt, or honey, apples, and almonds , or another combo) and spread it on the dehydrator trays. Makes great crackers! Enjoy!

He is using organic brown, long-grain rice? I didn't think you could make rice milk with raw rice. Someone said that uncooked rice is bad for you. Can you please comment on that? Thanks! Also, can you use maple sugar if you don't like the taste of honey? And you don't put a pinch of salt? Ok...

@rlmenard Hi, Sorry it took me so long to reply. You shouldn't eat raw grains unless you soak them first. That helps to destroy the phytic acid. Maple syrup works just fine, and you can make it without anything added. We just like it with a little sweetener.

It will work fine to double it if your blender is big enough. Enjoy!
