Barbara Bush likes Bobby Jindal for 2012. George H. W. Bush likes Mitt Romney for 2012.

Yes I know that Mitt Romney is probably eligible for POTUS and yes I know that Bobby Jindal is probably NOT eligible for POTUS. The point that I was attempting to make is that out of all the 'likes' that George H W Bush and his wife Barbara could have made for 2012 POTUS they just happen to pick the two guys that were born to parents who themselves were not born in the United States of American. Any able minded individual can see that the elder Bush monarchs with their 'likes' for 2012 POTUS are making a subtle show of hands and trying to establish precedent as to just who is eligible for POTUS. I don't have the time or the energy to elaborate on this specific point regarding the Larry King interview with the Bush monarchs. It starts off with men and women that are born to parents that were not born in the USA and then every couple years it progresses outward and encompasses broader and broader terms until finally one day just about anyone in the whole wide world is eligible for POTUS.

Mitt Romeny is not eligible to be potus. His father was born in mexico to 2 an American couple that fled the u.s. to avoid being prosecuted for his beliefs in multiple wives.

@ihofaerefa - According to the law of the land or Constitution, the President has to be a natural born citizen to be electable. If we don't respect the laws we will end up like Africa or Haiti or some third world hell hole.

@ihofaerefa - In Baton Rouge? His parents were foreigners. So he became citizen by legislation (Congress). A natural born citizen doesn't need any legislation or statute. If his parent are citizens and he is born in the country, he would obviously be a citizen too (natural born citizen). That is self evident. Jindal needed Congress help to become a citizen because his parents were aliens. I e, not self evident citizensince he needed a statute. McCain was not a NBC either. .
