Well, truth be told, Black Panther is basically the same as Spider Man (although physically weaker) and represents Marvels Batman. What would be cool is when Spiderman joins the Fantastic Four.

Spiderman wasn't in the Avengers team until loooong time after it's founding. Antman, Wasp and Black Panther were the second generation Avengers alongside the 1st generation.
