He says he got rid of the crankshaft and the injectors. Electric motors don't have crankshafts, they have rotors and they CERTAINLY DON'T HAVE INJECTORS! Those are parts in an internal combustion engine. Looks to me like he ran the motor up to speed on electricity, then used it's stored rotational energy to power some sort of alternator to power the light bulb.

Notice that the car is riding very low in the rear. A better explanation for how it is being powered is some batteries in the trunk than any sort of mythical magnetic motor.

A little physics will prove that such a machine can never produce power.
