Martina is the real thing. The complete package, if that is an appropriate way of saying it. She just has it all, looks, talent, stage presence, excellent material, and she has stayed true to her roots. I am so tired of the "crossover" nothings that use a touch of country music to get "launched," the go to the "pop" masses. Just money grubbing louses. Love Martina!

her album defines her voice.. Truly TIMELESS Martina McBride! There's no voice greater than her in country music! If you are listening to the radio and hear that crystal and angelic melisma voice you would definitely know that she's the one who's singing.... God Bless Country Music and Martina McBride! So much love this Woman! 18 million records to date (nearly 20 million) 4xCMA Female Vocalist, 3x ACM Top Female Vocalist and a lot more...

Some folks may have not noticed, but Martina has had some crossover success, notably with the songs "Valentine" and "This One's For The Girls".She also did an episode of Crossroads with Pat Benatar, whom I think is Martina's counterpart in rock. Martina's TIMELESS is awesome. She stuck to the original arrangements with the exception of this song, which IMO is the BEST track on the CD. For me, hers is the definitive version.

That's Jennifer Wrinkle, the former fiddle player who left Martina's band earlier this year to join Reba's band.
