Complete rebuild of 76 honda cb500t. Chopped and hooped rear of frame. 04 gsxr600 front forks. Cut and welded stock tank for knee dents. Need to get a full exhaust made-up.

  • Dude, looks so good! I'm finally building a cafed cb500t, I've owned 3 now, I love em. What did you do for jetting the carbs? I'm struggling trying to find larger mains and slow jets for these carbs... Thanks, keep the vids comin!

  • @TENSION1256 I still have to tune/jet the carbs. But the carbs themselves are just some Mikuni 32mm...there are a variety of different jetting sizes available through Dime City Cycles.

  • Finally..someone with a cool 500T!! Just dropped my engine in my "T" yesterday. Its lookin vad ass. Can I ask where you located yoyr wireing harness? Im havi.g a tough time with mine.

  • @TENSION1256 For stock carb parts, check sirius consolidated inc I got a full jet kit there. Apparently youtube doesn't like it when I link sites in the comments.
