In no way is Tupac predicting The Notorious BIG's death, nor is he dissing him. This song was recorded around 93/94 before Tupac got shot at Quad Studio, which initiated the beef. At this time him and BIG were still friends. The "Biggie Smalls" Tupac is talking about is a member of Stretch's group, called the live squad.
