@phr4nk3rd00d13 Actuslly, christianity is very misunderstood. The Church has always based its ethics on the teaching of Paul more than Christ. Jesus, at the end of the day, was a ridgidly aposed to religious hierachy, hung around with prostitutes instead of priests and was eventually murderd because of his radical teachings. I think most christians missunderstand Christianity, If they took a leaf out of Jesus's book the world would be a better place.

christianity is widely misunderstood. you may have heard that before, coming from the very mouth of an ultraconservative, bible thumping, fundamentalist. if you have, i don't blame you if you take my words with a grain of salt. (or three million tonnes of salt)... but it is. it's misunderstood and misapplied.

dude, you should seek out your own possible religious heritage (imo) and find it. any kind of paganism, animism or shamanism kicks the ass of modern mid eastern religions just because they generally don't require slaying of others or don't threaten them by burning in hell forever.
any religion that respects all living beings rules in my opinion (and paganic/shamanic beliefs are kinda good at that)
