as "Oil Can Harry"in "the Mighty Mouse" cartoons..and"Snidley Whiplash"in
"The Dudley Doright"cartoons.

i too remember this episode when i was a 7 yr old in 1966. they even had batman cards like baseball cards that showed this scene with riddler leering over an unconcious robin but the ridler had something in his hand like a pizza cutter. i remember one of my school friends saying this episode was coming on that night. this one kind of scared me
