@murphyz40 Find a pneumatic / hydraulic supplier, that's where I got all my parts.

r u using an ironing board?
-
could u show me how to do that with the x7

Great vid. I kinda preferred the last method (nipple onto tombstone), adds less weight to the marker and like you said, it's better for close quarters. Thanks for the tips =)

Did you buy seperate fitting for the second method? I can't seem to get the nipple of the adapter.

Can't you just add it to the middle of the marker?

@bucthoui - Sure you could. There's no way I could cover all the permutations of this modification. I just covered the "how", and let the "where" up to the players.

Where else can you get a 45 degree angle if your nearest pro shop is 100 miles away. ( besides the internet)
btw great vids

Without driving 100 miles? Nowhere. And the chances of that pro shop having it anyway? Slim. Sorry, ordering is your best bet.

how did you first get the QD off the ASA adapter? mine is ridiculously tight, so tight im stripping the grips on the ASA adapter! And where did you get the 45 degree angle? I'm guessing Menard's or Lowe's...

For starters, there is no QD on the ASA adapter of the A5. It's a crimped line into a specialized adapter. You have to buy a separate ASA adapter, and a seperate QD (QUICK Disconnect, which is why the thing on the A5 isn't a QD). I bought the fittings partially from Palmer's Pursuit, and some from the local pro shop. A few others from vendors at D-Day.
