Lazy Voting 101: (Rocker Loki, Music-Free)

30-second Public Service Announcement explaining how to get an absentee or early voter "Vote by Mail" ballot in the US. In some states, such as South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska, anyone can get one. In other states a reason may be required.

This version has Loki dressed "Cool" and has no background music for those who want to use local talent for the score. Anyone, anywhere may use this video (unedited) for voting promotions and fundraising for voting rights awareness.
