C&C Red Alert 2 Hard - Allies - Operation: Hail To The Chief 1/1

Part 1/1 of Operation: Hail To The Chief in my C&C Red Alert 2 Hard - Allies walkthrough.

Although not as easy as the first two levels, it is still VERY easy. The tempting thing to do is to place your GIs in the buildings, but don't just deploy them by the western bridge so they will gain the benefits of Veterancy. Place three GIs inside your IFVs to help get them promoted to Elite status too (if you want to use them to back door).

Now for the attacking part. Probably the most common way to do this level (apart from a direct ground assault) is to build 3 Harrier laden Airfields and to attack the Beacon directly with them.
Another good way to approach this level is to use 4 Harriers to clean up the easterm Garrisoned buildings, and repair the monument there. Once this is done produce 6-10 IFVs (or even quicker just use the three from earlier as Elites), and send them safely along the eastern side of their base to back door them and destroy the Beacon that way.

Finally, if you want to do this level the 'proper' way, by ground assaulting them and destroying everything, build 8-10 Grizzlies backed up by 3-5 GI IFVs (again the Veterans/Elites from earlier could help) and 2 Repair IFVs and capture all the monuments with other Engineers and upgrade your force with the crates as it will help them GREATLY.
Once this is done you should have a large enough force to be able to mop up their forces swiftly, but making sure your Grizzlies are in front to protect the weaker armoured IFVs.
