Community Garden Tour

The Mecklenburg County Fruit & Vegetable Coalition, in partnership with Slow Food Charlotte, invite you to join us for the our first annual Can You Dig It, Charlotte Community Garden Tour.

Time: Self-Guided Garden Tour 11A-3:30P Garden Gathering 4P-7P

Mission: Educate the public on community gardening efforts, share information with other gardens and network with interested community member.
Learn: Composting, harvesting rainwater, cooking, seed saving, and making tea with dry mint
Eat: Lunch provided by Harvest Moon Grille at the Hope Haven garden and a Garden Gathering including beverages and light hors d'oeuvres will follow the tour at the Friendship Trays garden

Adults: $15
Children 4 to 12 years of age: $8
