I think these guys are playing on the religious or traditional taboo that dogs are unclean. I see that all the time here in Toronto where Iranians walking their dogs around look at you like they're far better because they own dogs or walk around way too long buck naked at the YMCA, trying to prove they're more like "Romans" and less like "Arabs"?! Funny when you put it down on paper. Grow up and take the responsibility of being an Empire. There's room for more than one in the world.
