That's what the alternator spot told me after they fixed it, Im not a mechanic, that was was explanation but whatever it was, it was fixed!

hey, i had alternator problem in my honda, so there was broken diods, and what it cause was that the car wouldnt start at all, and if it started okey u was able to drive while until car just turn off :) if this truck has broken diodes in alternator, its not possible to even play music that loud with subwoofers ect. :O

Yes, my alternator was going bad. I think the technician said the diodes were bad

if they are dual 2 ohm subs then u can wire tham in parallel to 1 ohm
