  • i dont believe you can build 15 pounds of "MUSCLE" naturally in 8 weeks....not even 8 months...takes a year to build 5-10 pounds of muscle tops eating perfect and working out hard

  • 15 pounds in 8 weeks? I gained 10 in one week using a Dekka supplement with androsterone in it. So don't give me that nonsense.

  • Woman are supposed to have 2000 and men 2500 calories a day, so how can u say that woman should have 1500 and men 2500 calories a day when trying to build muscle, surey your intake should increase when building muscle.

  • I ment 5 or 6 small meals a day eating 2 or 3 hours a part each meal and drink alot of water like 1 gallon or 2 gallon Iost like 6 pounds of fat in over 1 month on this only exercising 3 times a week including 1 hour of cardio my veins started to come out on me

  • i drink 2% milk. and yeah im definitly interested in the recipe. send me a message though on youtube instead of us keep commenting. :p

  • That's good. What kind of milk do you drink? Milk is great, probably better to drink it in some kind of protein shake though. i've got a great recipe just for after workouts, if you're interested.

  • but i do drink water but i always drink milk after my workout cause of the protien in milk

  • Lol, I wish man. Truth is, though, there really is no replacement for water--and LOTS of it. Of course, there is a such thing as over-hydration, but the way I see it, you're more likely not to get enough water than to drink too much.

  • I used to swim for a swim team that develops olympic talent, i got a few olympic friends, but Im 14 and when i swam for MAC i would have like a huge calorie intake because of the workout, and after i quit i had trouble trying to stop eating so much, is there any food that would help fill me up and not make me gain fat weight, while still helping my muscle growth?

  • could u drink milk instead of water?
