i saw it and it was sad my moms like " see anything can happen what if that happened to your sister" then me and my sis hugged each other!

There were so many things about the movie that I liked, but it still just makes me so mad that they didn't trust the audience enough to keep the original ending. The book's ending was done for a very, very specific reason, and beyond that, I think it would have enhanced Sofia's performance that much more if they stuck with the right ending. They could have made it work if they really wanted to, and it could have been an amazing film in its own right. It was still okay, but much more cliched.
