I have always had a poor flutter kick. I believe the most similar style to my kicking was the 'knee driven kick'. What is the main problem and method to correct such a mistake?
Thanks so much for the video - it is truly a big help.
@nl1098@nl1098 - if you kick a lot out of your knees, you should loosen up your hips a little, so the kick is hip driven. How about kicking on your back while holding a kickboard on top of the water right above your knees. This will make sure you can't bring your knees out of the water if you kick a lot with your knees. OR check out this great fin which would help with that blog.swimator.com/2011/05/shinfin-leg-fins-review-no-more-sinking.html
