Massive protest, demonstrations, rally was held at Sarwal chowk To high light the problems against the failure of the Govt. to provide "basic amentias", Rising Traffic Problem , frequent curtailment of the electricity and Acute Scarcity of water, to the people of city and particularly to the people of Jammu "west constituency".

Sunil Dimple President Jammu West Assembly Movement took out a protest rally, from SARWAL, New plot, Amphalla, Janipur high court road, to various parts of city.

Hundreds of irate traders, residents ,of various localities of Jammu joined the protest rally against the coalition Govt. as they were not getting "basic amenities", no development" is taking place to solve the traffic problem in the Jammu city.

Addressing the protestants at Sarwal Chowk Sunil Dimple urged the Chief minister Omar Abdullah that no development is taking place in the Jammu city and particularly in the west constituency has left behind in the pace of the development. He said people of the Jammu city are being deprived of the basic amenities.

Addressing the Protest Demonstration Mr. Sunil Dimple President Jammu West Assembly Movement has Demanded and Urged Upon the Chief Minister Mr. Umar Abdullah which for his Personal "Intervention" to take "Effective Steps" to Solve the Worsening Traffic problems in the Jammu City and Particularly in the Localities of Jammu West Assembly Constituency and on the Sarwal , Rehari , Bakshi nagar Canal Road , Talab tillo , Amphalla, New Plot, Janipur High Court, Janipur Gharota, Road.

He Alleged that the all the roads of West Constituency Jewel Canal Road to Talab Tillo , Amphalla, New Plot, Janipur, Bantalab Road has Converted into Accidental Death Trap Road for the People, Residents, Traders and Pedestrians and Every Day Fatal Accidents are Taking Place on this Road. He Alleged that the Govt. Administration at the Helm of the Affairs has Failed to Control Traffic Problems and to Provide Basic Amenities to the Resident, People of the Jammu West Assembly Constituency.

Dimple Demanded the Govt. to Publicize the steps Being Taken By the Govt. to Solve the traffic Problem Faced By the People of Jammu City & Particularly By the People of Jammu West Constituency.

Dimple Alleged that in the Last 17 Years Govt. Has Not Taken Any Single Step to Solve the Traffic Problem of the Jammu City. The Last Fly Over was Constructed in the Year 1994 During Governors Rule & After that No Major Project Has Been Made to Solve the Traffic Menance Faced By the People of Jammu City & Jammu West Constituency.

He also Demanded the Govt. to Accelerate the pace of Work of Laying Sewerage Plant pipes in the City.

Dimple Demanded the Govt. for Construction of Alternative Four way Ci rcular Road from Amphalla Manda to High Court Janipur to Roop Nagar, Bantalab to Ease the Traffic Rush Problem on the Amphalla, New Plot, Janipur, Bantalab Road to Save precious Lives of Residents of these Localities from the Road Accidents.

Dimple also Demanded the Chief Minister to Construct New Flyovers at Rehari Chungi to Adjoining Localities and Jewel Chowk to Talab Tilo to solve the Traffic Problems of the People at the Earliest of the Jammu City.

Dimple alleged and demanded to black Top all the Roads of Jammu West Assembly Constituency as the E R A and P W D have badly damaged all these roads and created problems, for the people residents.
Sunil Dimple announced that the demonstrations will continue till against the failure of the Govt. to provide basic amenities to the common man of the Jammu City, west constituency and against the discrimination with the Jammu region.
