The cinematic character are mixed. Both are combination of Templar and Hunter classes. The male seems to be a Templar Guardian and Hunter Sniper, female looks to be a Templar Blademaster and Hunter Sniper.
The male...could be a Hunter Engineer...not sure cause I haven't actually played yet, still getting a copy to play single player. Someone who knows more about hunters, figure out which subclass they are from the weapons they use (if possible).

@rebelsson432 You can actually play it again now. It was picked up and redone as a Free-2-Play game with cash shop support. The Beta was alright, haven't played the release yet though. It's called Hellgate: Resurrection and can be found at hellgate(dot)t3fun(dot)com.

@skullkidzzz as far as I'm aware, she is not Russian, she's a German singer called Viktoria Fersh. Some people have even mistakenly suggested it is Russian teens Tatu. But she does sound Russian (and very sexy)
The Live version from the gig in the stadium in Moscow is awesome, Especially when the audience all sing along with "Raz, Dva, Tri"
