The Way It Seems To Me

I'm coming to the end of a youth work job I've had for almost 15 years. In September my wife and I are moving to Bosnia Herzegovina.

This video is me making good on a throw-away comment I made to some of the young people I work with. I said I'd make a video distilling all my wisdom into just three minutes!

So this is a glimpse into the way it seems to me...enjoy :)

This is such good advice, delivered so well, I wish it could be more widely seen.

The bit about enjoying countries where you enjoy the food is the only one that seems a total non sequitur. How'd you happen to place it where you did in the stream?

My brother suggests I email the editor about this video. I just haven't yet!

As for the food comment - maybe i lost my nerve and didn't want to appear too earnest! Originally I had planned to have my lighthearted advice mixed in but I wanted to stick to three minutes. It was the only bit that got left in - apart from the end.

(But it is advice I've given people people on more than one ocassion!)
