  • Sounds good I'll try that next time I fix chicken, sounds like it could be a meal!

I do a lot of slow cooking, spaghetti sauce cooks for 8 hrs I use 1 Tblsp of crushed red peppers & 2lbs of 93% lean beef & 1/2 tblsp baking soda for acid reduction & Italian seasoning. Its nearly as hot as a jalapeno but it doesn't last long or burn on the way out. I cook the meat (BBQ) first and slow cook it in water with a sauce in 6-8 hours it should fall apart when stuck with a fork. Beef, chicken or pork.

  • @ChadA4MG Thanks Chad for sharing your recipe - I will be trying it for sure!

  • Random question for you: were you driving in a parking lot with a Starbuck's in MA on Tuesday at around 1pm? haha I saw someone who looked a lot like you!

  • @Nikki162436 I did not have Starbucks on Tuesday but I was driving around Cambridge or Back Bay... I have heard I have a lot of doppelgangers

  • GIANNNTSSS!!!!!

  • @SarahsFabChannel I tried it with a peach and pineapple salsa, it must have the been brand because it tasted like a lite BBQ sauce could barely taste the pineapple the only that made it better was allowing it to cool and reheating for breakfast the next morning. I'm gonna try it again but with oranges, pineapple and some cherries, maybe a lemon to give it some Zip. Tomato sauce drowns out the taste in hurry. It was kind of like chicken cacciatore.

  • I hope both teams lose--who ever they are--. Sports bore me to tears! 8 (
